  • Your subscription isn't being recognized
  • You're switching between devices with the same Apple ID
  • You see the subscription screen instead of your account

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

Can't Find the Restore Option

  • The "Restore Purchases" link appears at the bottom of the subscription screen
  • You must complete the onboarding questions first to reach this screen
  • Look below the legal text (Terms of Service and Privacy Policy)

Nothing Happens After Tapping Restore

  1. Check your internet connection - restoration requires online access
  2. Verify you're signed in to the App Store with the correct Apple ID
  3. Force close and restart the LifeHack app
  4. Try again after 30 minutes - sometimes App Store servers need time

"No Purchases Found" Message

  • Confirm you're using the same Apple ID that made the original purchase
  • Check if the subscription was purchased under a different Apple ID
  • Family Sharing purchases may require the original purchaser's account
  • Check your App Store purchase history to verify the subscription

"Account Already Exists" Message

  • This means you've previously created an account with this subscription
  • Tap "Go to Sign In" to log into your existing account
  • If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen

Important Notes
